Questions, answered
Still unsure? Start building for free — you only pay when you download or use AI.
Is FinezCV really free to start?
Yes. Building a CV, uploading an existing one, and watching the live preview are completely free — you don't even need an account to start editing. You only pay when you download, tailor with AI, or use AI generation.
How much does one finished CV cost?
The Starter bundle is ₦450 and covers exactly one full cycle: an AI tailor of your whole CV to a specific job, plus the PDF download. If you skip tailoring, a download alone costs less.
Do my points expire?
Never. Buy points once and use them whenever you're job hunting — this month or next year.
What's the difference between AI Writer and AI Resume Tailor?
AI Writer helps you write a section from scratch — it suggests bullet points from a job title. AI Resume Tailor rewrites your entire finished CV to match one specific job advert, using the job description or LinkedIn URL you paste in.
Can I upload the CV I already have?
Yes, and it's always free. Upload a PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 10MB and it's parsed straight into the editor so you can polish instead of retyping.
How do I pay?
Through Flutterwave with card, bank transfer, mobile money, USSD or Google Pay — payment methods that actually work in Nigeria. Subscriptions outside Nigeria are handled by Stripe.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The workspace has a dedicated mobile layout with Fill In / Preview / Customization tabs, and FinezCV also runs as a Telegram Mini App.
